MiraFood is our restaurant where we wish to delight you and surprise you with our cuisine, the colours and tastes of our MiraBuffet*: an experience to tell and share.
Our buffet takes centre stage and is a great means for sharing culinary experience, from traditional local dishes to innovative vegetarian and vegan cuisine, based on quality, seasonal, strictly local food produce.
BREAKFAST: served from a table right in front of the sea, where every morning you can enjoy freshly-baked home-made cakes and muffins; as well as cooked meats, cereals, croissants, fresh fruit, many kinds of jam, bread and biscuits. All served with a delicious cup of espresso coffee or a cappuccino.
LUNCH AND DINNER: our MiraBuffet fills with a wide selection of starters, vegetables and salads, first and second course served with garnish, fresh fruit and a selection of home-made cakes and sweets. An extravagant mix of culinary treats based on meat and fish menus. As of this year, our restaurant will be adding tasty vegan dishes designed and cooked by our Chef Silvio Zanaboni. In his kitchen, Chef Silvio uses certified and strictlylocal ingredients, like those grown in Grandad Gianni’ s garden.
And if you suffer from gluten intolerance? or other food allergy? Do not worry, a kitchenette is at your disposal so you can prepare your own meals freely and safety with any fear of contaminations. (as of June 2015)
Water and wine are available free of charge with every meal.
Our great novelty in 2015 for our youngest guests is a brand new Family Lounge.
**The restaurant has extended opening hours so there is no need for you to book a table and you can just walk in and sit at the table of your choice.
* Buffet service is available from June to September, during the rest of the year silver service is provided
